YOGA IS FOR EVERY. BODY.
I believe that yoga is for everybody. Every. Body. And I love teaching it! I especially love teaching the yogi who doesn’t yet know he or she is a yogi. If you think you are the wrong size, shape, age, gender, fitness level, or skin tone for yoga... you aren’t!
I primarily teach in Twin Falls, Idaho, though I love to travel to host workshops, or teach at yoga festivals and special events.

I have more than 2,000 teaching hours and 1,100+ training hours.
I offer workshops, corporate yoga, and private yoga events. I've given Safe Space class for members of the LGBTQ+ community. I host pop-up yoga gatherings in unusual places. I've led classes with Twin Falls County Juvenile Probation as a volunteer. I also offer free one-time sessions to church groups & book groups. I have taught at the Magic Valley Alternative High School. I find great satisfaction in teaching yoga to people recovering from drug or alcohol addiction. I also teach breathwork and meditation to yogis with health challenges or who are bedridden. I love teaching refugee and immigrant women, children, and teens.

When I'm not teaching yoga, I'm the Director of Development for the Magic Valley Symphony. I also like to sing and be with my family, especially outside. 🥰
